What goes on at bootcamp? Here at Get RIPPED! Bootcamp, we really take pride in our ability to provide a ton of variety and keep you guessing each and every time you come in. Every class will be different and you will experience a multitude of activities including cardio drills, interval training, boxing, weights, stations, circuits, Get RIPPED! workouts and much, much more! The goal is to get fit while having fun – so don't worry, we aren't drill sergeants! We want to make sure that everyone is being challenged appropriately for their fitness level while still enjoying themselves in a positive, supportive environment. The Get RIPPED! Bootcamp team is very diverse and specializes in many fitness areas. Click here for bios on all of our fabulous instructors! Our trainers are the best in Calgary and we get results! Just check out some of our success stories here and you’ll see what we mean. Also, our bootcamp classes are primarily held indoors. That means classes won't be cancelled due to weather and you’ll never have to worry about freezing or melting! Weather permitting, we may take classes outside but will always provide ample notice to all participants. Classes are held at both Fitness Plus locations; both of which are spacious with tons of equipment! You’ll get to experience a huge variety of activities including Jari Love’s critically acclaimed Get RIPPED! Workouts. We’ll keep you motivated with our high-energy music, diversity and supportive atmosphere. Wear comfortable exercise clothing and proper running shoes. Don't forget to bring a sweat towel, water bottle and snack for after the workout. NO WAY! We will always show modifications for each activity we do so that ALL FITNESS LEVELS can get a great workout. The main thing to remember is that only you can determine your limitations and only you will know if you are being challenged. We encourage you to listen to your body and do what feels right for you. You can make it as hard or as easy as you want! Classes take place at Fitness Plus Central (1709-8th Avenue NE) and Fitness Plus South (10401 Braeside Drive SW). Feel free to mix and match between locations and times when you register. Classes will run January 9th - April 1st, 2012. Space is limited so don’t wait! What happens if one of my class times is cancelled? No problem! Please email us and we will arrange for you to come at a different time to make up for any classes cancelled on our part. What if I don't want to register online? Please email us for other options. As long as you sign up before January 4th, 2012, you will be eligable for the earlybird discount of $50.
